Dr. Shehata AI supports booking, clinic follow-up, nutrition plans, progress tracking, orders, support, and general informational assistance. This notice explains the information used to provide these services.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, this may include account and contact details, identifiers, appointments, health and measurement information, nutrition follow-up, addresses, purchase and order history, messages, support requests, photos, and documents you choose to upload.

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure your account, provide requested clinic and application functions, manage bookings and orders, deliver support, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Dr. Shehata AI provides general assistance and does not diagnose medical conditions or replace a doctor.

Storage, access, and sharing

Medical files are private by default. Access is limited to the user and authorized clinic staff according to their role and assignment. We use service providers for secure hosting, storage, notifications, and application operations. We do not sell personal or health information.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as needed to provide the services and meet medical, financial, security, and legal requirements. You can review profile information and request account deletion from Profile → Privacy requests in the app. Some records may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
