Dr. Shehata AI — Account deletion

To request deletion, sign in to Dr. Shehata AI, open Profile → Privacy requests, then choose Request account deletion. You can review or cancel a pending request from the same screen. If you cannot access your account, contact the clinic through the support details shown in the application so your identity can be verified.

The request covers profile information and data associated with the account. Some medical, appointment, financial, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law. Private medical files are not made public. You will be informed about the outcome of the verified request.
